Terms of Membership

These terms cover your membership and your use of this site and our space at 114 East Three Notch Street in Andalusia, Alabama. By joining or using the site, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them plain.

Membership and billing

Membership is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or as an annual prepay depending on the plan you choose. It renews automatically until you cancel. Founding-member rates are locked for life as long as your membership stays continuous. We may change standard prices with notice, but a locked founding rate won't change while your membership is active.

Cancelling

No contracts. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing us. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops renewing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details.

Classes and the space

Movement classes are physical activity, and you take part at your own risk. Tell the instructor about any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy so they can offer modifications. We may change, add, or cancel classes, and some classes have capacity limits. Use the space and equipment with care and common sense.

This is education, not medical care

We teach health education and offer herbal support. We are not physicians, and nothing here is medical diagnosis or treatment. An herbalist works with you alongside your medical care, not in place of it. Talk to your doctor before changing medications, and for anything urgent or serious. Our classes, written resources, and consultations are educational and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Being a good neighbor

This is a shared community space. Treat other folks and our staff and instructors with respect. We may pause or end a membership for behavior that harms the community, our people, or the space.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Three Notch Community Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of the space, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll give notice. Continuing your membership after that means you accept the updated terms.
