The short version: we collect what we need to run your membership, we keep it secure, and we don't sell your information. Here's the longer version.

What we collect

• Your name, email, birthdate, and phone number when you sign up.
• Your class bookings and the consultations you request, including what you tell us about what brings you in.
• Payment details, which are handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

The services we use

We rely on a few trusted services to operate, and each handles your data under its own privacy practices:

• Stripe for payments and subscription billing.
• Supabase for your account, sign-in, and data hosting.
• Healthie for scheduling and records related to herbal consultations.
• An email service to deliver your sign-in links and the occasional update.

How we use it

To run your membership, let you log in and book classes, send you sign-in links and membership updates, and to provide and follow up on your consultations. That's it.

Health information

What you share in a consultation is kept confidential and used to work with you on your goals. Clinical records for consultations are kept in Healthie and handled according to its privacy and security practices.

Cookies

We use a small login cookie so you stay signed in between visits. We don't run advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can see, correct, or delete your information at any time, just email us. You can cancel your membership whenever you like.
