Forrest Chalmers — Guest Movement Instructor

Forrest Chalmers — clinical herbalist, ESHM instructor, and co-host of the MoveNourished podcast — will be teaching guest movement sessions. Forrest wrote the movement curriculum for our Foundations series and specializes in club training for shoulder mobility, sandbag strength work, and somatic movement. Watch for special class announcements.

New Program

Wednesday Park Walks Starting This Month

Free weekly walks through local Andalusia parks. Meet at the club at 8:00 AM Wednesdays, walk for 30-45 minutes, back by 9. No membership required — bring a friend. Thomas or a volunteer leads. Canceled in heavy rain.

Third Friday of the month. $30 per person. Local artist-led. Bring your own wine. 15 spots. Book through the events page or just ask Thomas.
