Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing portal or just email us. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and then it doesn't renew.

Refunds

We don't prorate or refund the current period, since you keep full access through the end of it. Annual and founding prepays work the same way: cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access through the term you paid for.

If something went wrong

If you were charged in error, or something genuinely isn't right, email us and we'll make it right. We're a community health center, not a chargeback machine, and we'd rather fix the problem than argue about it.

Your founding rate

Founding-member pricing is locked for life as long as your membership stays continuous. If it lapses, the founding rate goes with it.

Missing a class

Life happens. There's no penalty for missing a class you booked, just cancel the booking so someone else can grab the spot.
