We want this place accessible. We also need it to stay open. Cash pays the power bill, the insurance, the mortgage — things that don't barter. So before anything else, we need to ask directly: what can you give?

If the full membership rate works for you, pay it. If it doesn't, keep reading — we'd rather have you here contributing what you can than not here at all.

Being honest about your motivation helps us meet you where you are, not where we wish you were. There's no wrong answer here. The person who picks #4 gets the same welcome as the person who picks #1 — and honestly, the person who picks #4 often ends up doing better long-term because they're not running on hype.

The commitment

The work happens at home. The classes hold it together. The education classes give you practices to build into your life — sleep, stress, food, movement. The movement classes build capacity. The community makes both stick. Most of what changes your health will happen in the other 166 hours of your week, but you won't keep doing it alone. That's what we're for.
